Alexandra and William’s wedding unfolded across the gardens and courtyard of Jimbour House, bringing together 118 guests for a vibrant day-to-night celebration. Set beneath the Grand Fig Tree, the ceremony was relaxed but refined with guests seated under dappled light as vows were exchanged in the shade of one of the estate’s most iconic backdrops.

After the ceremony, the mood shifted into cocktail hour on the Eastern Lawn. With views across the manicured grounds, drinks flowed and conversation picked up as guests mingled freely. The setting allowed guests to move at their own pace, which works well for larger weddings at Jimbour House.

The evening culminated in a courtyard reception, where long tables were arranged under the open sky. Styled by Studio Mon Fleur, the outdoor setup embraced the natural surroundings, pairing sculptural florals with a soft, modern palette. As night fell, candlelight and overhead string lights took over, turning the gardens into an open-air dining space that blurred the line between elegant and effortless.

Dinner by Sorella & Co focused on seasonal produce and generous sharing plates, designed to bring people together over good food and wine. The courtyard buzzed with speeches, toasts, and dancing as the night unfolded. By this point, the courtyard had shifted fully into party mode, with guests moving between tables, speeches and the dancefloor.

Hair and makeup were by Sienna Ward, whose natural, polished look suited the candid photography style of Aleisha Edwards Weddings. Her documentary approach captured the wedding as it unfolded, from the quiet anticipation before the ceremony to the afterparty moments that carried late into the night.
