This stunning private garden showcases a water feature with lush lawns and an in-built outdoor sound system. The Courtyard is the perfect setting for a cocktail evening or an elaborate lunch on the lawn, featuring produce from our very own kitchen garden. This area can cater for 140 seated quests or 300 cocktail-style.

The Courtyard is named after Deborah Russell, the late wife of Jimbour’s owner David Russell. From 1998, Deborah and David looked after the house and with Deborah’s keen eye for aesthetics and understanding of architecture, the northern garden was awarded a commendation by the Australian Institute of Architects.

The Jacaranda Drive

The first thing you’ll see when arriving at Jimbour. Mature Jacaranda trees line this drive, providing soft lilac hues through spring, shade during summer and a burst of golden colour during autumn. This area can cater for 250 seated guests and 400 people cocktail-style.
